Description: The Marketing & Media Lead works under the supervision of the Administrative Branch – Director of Administration, and provides the Media (video/graphics) support for all events and worship services. The Marketing and Media Lead combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue. Works with media team members to create innovative branding campaigns. The Marketing & Media Lead must possess excellent time management and people collaboration experience with cross-communication with multiple departments and ministries. This position requires flexible scheduling, weekend hours, and an on-call presence to fulfill the roles of the position.

Additional duties and responsibilities of the position include:

§ Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules

§ Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including advertising, television commercials, multimedia, product development, and brand management





Planning, shooting and editing high-quality video content; photographs

§ Managing stage setup, lighting, cameras, and sound equipment for live video shootings

§ Managing Livestream account and reporting the social media weekly reach

§ Negotiating television commercial air-time and broadcasting schedules

§ Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies

§ Provide direction and oversight for the photographers

§ Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

§ Designing and implementing social media strategies to align with the vision

§ Collaboration with multimedia ministry and sound & lighting crew

§ Coordinating volunteers for weekend main services and special events

§ Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

§ Loading both videos and mp3 sermons to online platforms & website

§ Able to track and keep software and media accounts current each year

§ Creating, editing and developing weekly video announcements

§ Researches and monitors inventory of equipment and media supplies

§ Establishing objectives and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI)

§ Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages

§ Ability to offer and new ideas to develop and increase brand awareness

§ Handling multiple tasks and managing time effectively under the pressure of tight time constraints

§ Overseeing the process of creating stage sets for weekly worship and seasonal events;

Creating weekly video announcements and message intros;

§ Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;

§ Designing and implementing a social media strategy to align with business goals;

§ Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content on a daily basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news);

§ Overseeing social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout);

§ Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness (i.e. promotions and competitions);

§ Remaining up-to- date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications; and

Description: The Band Leader works under the supervision of the Administrative Branch – Director of Administration and is Responsible for oversight of clerical/administrative responsibilities of the Ministry to include serving the church by recruiting and developing a well-rounded program for services of worship and special events. The Band Leader must possess excellent time management and people collaboration experience with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and volunteers from multiple departments and ministries. This position requires flexible scheduling, weekend hours, and an on-call presence to fulfill the roles of the position. 
 
Additionally, major duties, responsibilities, and job functions of the position include:

Consulting regularly with the Worship leader regarding the theme of the service of worship and special events and selection of music and songs;
Organizing and recruiting all musicians in the band;
Organizing and directed instrumental groups;
Scheduling weekly rehearsals for musicians;
Coordinating and maintaining musical instruments and equipment (to include scheduling tuning and arranging upkeep);
Interfacing with building committee members for any upgrades for the facility;
Maintaining and keeping a chorded file of current music sheets;
Providing a qualified substitute when not able to be present (must give appropriate written notice to the office staff);
Cooperating with the Senior Pastor, Worship Leader, and church administrator by performing any other duties when tasked or asked;

Working in conjunction with the Worship Leader to Coordinate with sound.
Serving as a sound technician as needed for all musical events, conferences, etc.

Coordinating an inventory list for maintenance, equipment repair, etc.
Establishing and maintaining a list of reputable Vendors;
Identifying, mentoring, and training a second individual as a Lead Technician;
Maintaining constant communication with the lighting team for switch editing, recording, streaming, etc.
Creating, Coordinating, and maintaining a schedule for sound technicians;
Tracking and training interns who are transitioning to and from Sound;
Overseeing the maintenance of all wiring/chords/instruments, to include proper replacement;
Maintaining a continual relationship/communication with the worship leader;
Creating and archiving all digital files for the department (i.e. STEMS);
Training and leadership of all new musicians (academy, training, practices, rehearsals);
Keeping in constant contact and work alongside Pastor to establish and produce house sound for worship;
Working alongside sound and media to optimize worship experience weekly services, events, and conferences;

Description: Ambassadors Worship Center (AWC) is seeking an experienced professional with business acumen for a permanent full time Director of Administration position.  Qualified applicants must possess skills in budgeting, accounting, computer systems, and record-keeping; extremely strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.  The Director of Administration will report directly to the senior and requires a balance of both strong leadership skills and an aptitude for management and administration. Executive administrators generally work alongside senior pastors to help provide leadership and structure to the church body and the community at large. Other areas of responsibilities encompass finances/accounting, strategic planning, administration, and administrative operations. Because of the psychological and spiritual demands of the job, the Director of Administration must maintain a strong commitment to personal growth and emotional health. 

Duties:  The Director of Administration has an integral role in supporting the AWC mission; the major duties and responsibilities of the position are:

§  Covers management of and custodianship over financial and monetary assets.

§  Processes bills, contractual obligations, accounts receivables/payables and payroll.

§  Attends Board of Directors meetings and prepares written reports; if necessary.

§  Screens telephone calls, incoming mail and sets appointments for the senior pastor.

§  Maintains personnel records for employees and independent contractors.

§  Reviews/approves the annual church calendar, in comparison with senior pastor’s schedule.

§  Prepares the end-of-year financial giving statements and annual church tax documentation.

Description: Ambassadors Worship Center (AWC) is seeking an experienced, highly motivated professional with business acumen for a permanent full-time Director of Media position.  The Director of Media works under the supervision of the Ministry Branch Executive Pastor, and provides the Media (video/graphics) support for all events and worship services. Qualified applicants must possess a strong Biblical background, emotional intelligence, leadership traits, organizational and communication skills.  The Media Director must possess the ability to build and lead the volunteer Media Production Team, establish and maintain serving schedules, recruit and train new volunteers, and evaluate performance of volunteer production team members. The Director of Media is responsible for maintaining all technical equipment and is also required to remain proficient on technical and production equipment.  The Director of Media must possess excellent time management and people collaboration experience with cross-communication with multiple departments and ministries. The Director of Media plays an integral role in achieving the overall mission and vision within and beyond the ministries of the local church.  This position requires flexible scheduling, weekend hours, and an on-call presence to fulfill the role of Director of Media. 

Additional duties and responsibilities of the position include:

Creating images and information for various media including web, television, movies, graphic designs, and website development/management;
Planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content and photographs;
Creating and monitoring marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns;
Collaborating with Church Leadership to create innovative ways to gain exposure;
Directing and managing video projects from start to finish;
Executing and leading post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions (including audio and color enhancements), and final editing;
Managing setup, lighting, cameras, and sound equipment for live video and photo shoots;
Submitting ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the church’s brand
Managing, training, leading, and developing the current Media Department;
Managing the Livestream account;
Negotiating the television commercial advertising and broadcasting;
Maintaining communication with leadership and volunteers; 
Coordinating staff/volunteers for weekend services and events; 
Performing the required administrative tasks in a timely manner; 
Building and leading a team of volunteers to serve as the weekend Media Production Team, guiding them with excellence toward the goal of creating a worship environment that un-churched people like to attend, aiding in developing an understanding of their role as a team member and encouraging them to work through challenges;
Assisting in the planning and purchasing of new media equipment for campus; 
Maintaining and repairing technical and media production equipment; 
Overseeing media production needs for all events and services for all ministry departments; 
Remaining proficient on all technical and media production equipment; 
Maintaining an inventory of supplies, equipment and purchases; 
Managing the department budget and plan--spending only after obtaining executive office approval
Overseeing the recruitment, training and development of volunteers on a regular basis;
Handling multiple tasks and managing time effectively under the pressure of time constraints;
Overseeing the process of creating stage sets for weekly worship and seasonal events;
Acting as a consultant to ministries planning large events—aiding in the creation of engaging environments, including effective media;
Possessing a demonstrated track record of leading and multiplying both leaders and groups; providing directional oversight of complex creative projects and directing creative staff/volunteers;
Training and supervising multiple departments while possessing an understanding of general operations;
Providing technical advice and guidance on design and technical graphics issues to other departments;
Loading both video and mp3 messages to online platforms and the church’s website on a weekly basis;
Creating weekly video announcements and message intros;
Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
Designing and implementing a social media strategy to align with business goals;
Establishing specific objectives and reporting on ROI;
Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content on a daily basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news);
Collaborating with other teams (i.e. marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure brand consistency;
Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer/guest reviews;
Overseeing social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout);
Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness (i.e. promotions and competitions);
Remaining up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications; and
Possessing excellent copywriting skills knowledge and the ability to research media laws and protocols.

Required Qualifications: 

To perform the Director of Media duties successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and ability required of the company:

Should be a born-again believer in Jesus Christ, engaged in a growing and deepening a relationship with Him, and living in submission to His Lordship;
Should be willing to engage in the ministry of Ambassadors Worship Center as a church member and as a staff team member.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field required;
Two or more years of experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design and social media management;
High confidentiality, organizational skills, and emotional intelligence;
Extremely strong oral/written communication skills;
Must be able to work well with others, seeking to resolve conflict in accordance with Matthew 18 and Galatians 5;
Must be a team player, and, at times, a team leader;
Should possess the requisite education, training, and/or experience in the area of sound, lighting, and video production to meet the current needs and future direction of this ministry;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Apple, Exel, Publisher, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, and Livestream;
Must have extensive experience in video production.  This includes composition, editing, production, direction, etc. of videos to be used in services, ministries, special events, and publicity;
Think creatively for current and future desires and needs of our ministry; is willing to step “outside the box” using media and its resources for the purpose of enhancing our church and its ministries in her ability to reach the lost and un-churched, while balancing with “inside the box” understanding of the church in history and place in the community;
Must possess professional maturity, good communication skills, self-motivation, and attentiveness to details.

Physical and Mental Demands of the Position:

These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the Director of Media’s job.  While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to see, talk, hear, read, and utilize cognitive reasoning. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Description: Ambassadors Worship Center (AWC) is seeking an experienced professional with business acumen for a permanent full time Director of Ministry (DM) position.  Qualified applicants must possess a strong Biblical background, emotional intelligence, leadership traits, organizational and communication skills.  The Director of Ministry (DM) will report directly to the Senior Pastor in coordinating department leaders and volunteers in achieving the overall mission and vision within and beyond the ministries of the local church.  This position will require flexible scheduling, weekend hours, and an on-call presence in order to fulfill the role of Director of Ministry.  The DM will provide direct oversight and supervision for the following programs and departments:

Altar Ministry/Kingdom Orientation
Covenant Care
Elementary Programs                                     
High School Programs
Journey to Partnership Intercessory Prayer
Middle School Programs
Nursery/Preschool Programs

Duties:  The Director of Ministry has an integral role in supporting the AWC mission and is responsible for all aspects of the day to day supervision of handling needs of several in-house ministries when called upon.   Specific duties will include, but not limited to, 1) providing leadership and oversight of departmental training, vision setting in conjunction with the senior pastor; 2) volunteer management and procedures; and, 3) the oversight and leadership structure for covering the congregation pastorally over covenant partners, newcomers and the partnership process.  This person will live and model a lifestyle which is seeking to grow as a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ and be a dedicated steward of their time, talents, and financial resources.   Major duties and responsibilities include:

Ensures that proper personnel policies and procedures are maintained and followed by the leaders and volunteers working within the departments.
Ensures staff performance reviews and evaluations are completed and appropriate documentation is captured supporting decisions.
Ensures that proper compliance is maintained in all aspects of the ministries with respect to local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.
Able to facilitate operational solutions to ministry challenges in order to effectively keep the department moving forward and meeting specific goals.
Create and train leaders on how to successfully advertise and market programs for growing their programs.
Ensures that weekly services are staffed appropriately with necessary department leaders and volunteers to fulfill ministry functions.
Coordinates and approves time off and vacation schedules of staff and scheduling needs to avoid too many leaders being away from the ministry at the same time.
Provides strategic training for departments when necessary to increase effectiveness and productivity.
Develop ways and means of enhancing interdepartmental communication
Assist departments in the clarification of their assigned duties and help them evaluate their own ministries for the purpose of improvement. 
Lead and support leaders on how to set and manage their annual operating plan.
Ensure that the financial resources are in compliance with the vision and its policy constraints.
Work with leaders in completing and submitting request for funds, projects, events, etc.
Assist ministry leaders in creating yearly goals and provide support for them to effectively accomplish tasks.
Develop and implement an ongoing long-range mission and ministry plan and strategy for working with the senior pastor and other congregational leaders.
Implement training to “Safeguard our Children and Youth” procedures, implementation, and random background checks.
Offer periodic meetings to inform and keep parents and families abreast of the ministry vision.
Responsible for the on-boarding of newcomers to increase congregational growth.
Encourage members’ involvement with the church by encouraging regular attendance, giving and consistency in serving the vision.
Responsible for ensuring department leaders uphold guidelines for facility usage within specified ministry areas/departments.
Works with and coordinates all outside rental agreements and use of the building
Oversees the security and proper lock-down procedures are adhered to and maintained.  This includes, but not limited to, the locking of the building after worship services, major events, and other activities.
Ensure that leaders are keeping a current inventory log of all supplies and equipment purchased.
Develop and maintain proper security and emergency procedures within ministry departments.

Required Qualifications:

BS or MS in Human Resources, Business Management or a combination of three to five years of church experience
High confidentiality, organizational skills and emotional intelligence;
Extremely strong oral/written communication skills;
Must have the capability to multi-task, think clearly under pressure and function effectively with short timelines;
Strong organization skills;
Experienced trainer;
Must show initiative, possess an assertive, “take charge” attitude;
Excellent leadership traits; compatible temperament with the senior pastor and ministry culture;
Strong Biblical background; and
Must be an active covenant partner (interns not eligible).
