Description:  D&D HR Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant for a client based in Omaha, Nebraska. The Executive Assistant provides direct Administrative support and is responsible for completing a variety of administrative tasks and support to the senior-level manager. The Executive Assistant works closely with various internal and external contacts, clients, and vendors and is therefore responsible for presenting a positive, professional image in person, by phone, and via electronic communications. The Executive Assistant is responsible for project coordination, scheduling travel, and booking speaking engagements. The Executive Assistant creates special projects with Word, Excel, Publisher and Adobe, performs data entry and other miscellaneous office tasks as assigned. 


Additional duties and responsibilities of the position include:

§ Manage the executive's calendars, schedules appointments and maintains communication with key individuals for all projects;

§ Receiving, screening, and directing incoming calls; to include taking and completing accurate messages and timely distributing the information;

§ Composing correspondence for various matters,

§ Preparing reports, meeting notes and minutes and conducting follow-up on items requiring further executive action;

§ Communicating by closely monitoring and reporting progress on particular tasks and projects;

§ Creating, filing, and maintaining a myriad of electronic and hard-copy records for retrieval at a moment’s notice;

§ Ordering and maintaining supplies, books, materials, and equipment;

§ Attending various meetings and preparing written reports; as necessary;

§ Coordinating and scheduling outside facilities; as needed;

§ Maintaining marketing and social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules;

§ Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages, including advertising, multimedia, and brand management

§ Identifying research needs, executing research studies and projects, and analyzing research in order to identify opportunities; and

§ Performing miscellaneous clerical and/or administrative duties.

Required Qualifications: To perform the Executive Assistant duties successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and abilities required of the company.

§ Associates degree in business administration, human resources, management or equivalent required;

§ Minimum of two years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, or similar profession;

§ Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures;

§ Extremely strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;

§ Possess excellent telephone demeanor and etiquette, including the ability to effectively handle multi-line phone system;

§ Skilled in computer information systems, to include Microsoft Office Suite and word-processing (graphics expertise strongly desired);

§ Skilled in database management, file maintenance, and record-keeping (physical and electronic);

§ Strong organizational abilities and excellent customer service skills;

§ Ability to appropriately manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality;

§ Ability to work on/manage multiple programs/projects at the same time while working under strict deadlines;

§ Ability to be extremely flexible in an environment that is subject to many immediate changes.

§ Problem solving skills and creativity are required; and

§ Basic budgeting, finance, or accounting skills.

Description:  D&D HR Solutions is seeking an Executive Support Brand Manager for a client based in Omaha, Nebraska. The Executive Support Brand Manager provides direct Administrative, Marketing, and Brand support and is responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. The Executive Support Brand Manager will present consultative advice on achieving short-and long-term brand-related business objectives. The Executive Support Brand Manager combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue. Works independently to create innovative branding campaigns.  The Executive Support Brand Manager also completes a variety of administrative tasks and support to the senior-level manager. 

Additional duties and responsibilities of the position include:

Creating marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages, including advertising, television commercials, multimedia, product development, and brand management
Identifying research needs, executing research studies and projects, and analyzing research in order to identify opportunities
Defines and manages the brand communication strategy using media including the design and implementation of social media strategies to align with business goals
Grows and expands social media presence into new social media platforms while increasing presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Owns the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Stays current on market trends and competitive activity
Creates, executes, and manages marketing programs and campaigns
Negotiating television commercial airtime and broadcasting schedules
Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, utilizes this information to create comprehensive reports as well as improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Loading videos and mp3s to online platforms & website
Tracks and keeps software and media accounts current
Establishing objectives and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI)
Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
Offers new ideas to develop and increase brand awareness (i.e. promotions and competitions), suggesting and implementing new features
Handling multiple tasks and managing time effectively under the pressure of tight time constraints
Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Establishing specific objectives and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI)
Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content on a daily basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public relations, or related field;
3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management;
Experience managing a brand across multiple markets;
Creative, Strategic thinker, able to identify long-term opportunities and trends and problem solver;
Strong communication skills;
Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques;
Excellent MS Office knowledge;
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications;
Two or more years of experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design and social media management;
High confidentiality, outstanding organizational skills, time management skills and emotional intelligence;
Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design; and
Attention to Detail and Self-Motivated
